Current qualifications for Mortgage Loan Officers are history of 2 loans/month.  Those with social marketing skills are highly encouraged to apply.

To qualify for compensation, one must take a certified 20 hr mortgage origination course, pass the state test, and have their license sponsored by One Real Mortgage.
